What parents need to know:

Trek and Journey will be an insane amount of fun! Game time will be unique- Wear tennis shoes.

The handbook sections can be easily completed in 5-10 minutes a day.

If your student is working towards cumulative awards in Awana, they will also
be required to follow a Bible reading plan laid out in the back of their book.

Students should come to club whether the handbook work is done or not!

Much can be gained in simply attending the large group teaching and discussing
the content. We want your student in Christian community, growing in their faith!

Students will be expected to participate in all of the activities throughout the night.
We ask them to keep their phones in purses or pockets throughout Trek and Journey.
We have a basket for phones to rest, if your student is struggling with that.

Your student will develop close relationships with their peers and their leaders. All our
leaders have gone through background screening and are trained to work with youth.

Snack time each week will be epic!

You may be asked a few times throughout the year to contribute an item to our snack.
(ex. ice cream toppings for raingutter sundae night)
