SHARE THE LOVE OF GOD WITH PEOPLE IN NEED WITH THE HARBOR’S LOVE IN ACTION TEAM AS WE SERVE BREAKFAST AT A RESIDENTIAL SHELTER FOR HOMELESS FAMILIES.
We Serve the 4th Saturday of each month!
7am: Get crackin’ - literally!
We make scrambled eggs, French toast and sausage, set up the dining room and pray at each table for our breakfast guests from 7-8am.
8am: Serve food & be LOVE IN ACTION!
From 8-9am, we serve our delectable breakfast, hold babies, visit with the people we are serving and pray with them for their needs.
9am: Wrap it up.
At 9am, we clear off the tables, wash up our cooking & serving dishes and head out the door.
What a great way to be the hands & feet of Jesus! We come the fourth Saturday of each month to serve, feed and love on His people. Some months we bring toys, treats, bibles or books for children. We have also given away bedding and household items to residents for when they leave the shelter and move into their own places.
